AFTER I PAID… I asked a simple question, they said talk to my psychiatrist. After I said I wanted a second opinion she said she’s not qualified to help. I said it mentions they have specialist so let me talk to one and she said seek your local medical authority. So this is non sense

I had a question regarding my health absolutely outstanding! I got a response very quickly I highly appreciate the doctors hard work!!

The doctors responded quickly and professionally in helping me deciding whether or not my situation requires a trip to the hospital. When it was determined to be manageable at home, they gave great advice for caring for it myself as what to look out for if the condition worsens and I need to schedule a doctor's appointment. I will definitely keep this app around as it's proven to me that it's very helpful in times when my nearest hospital, 40 miles away, is closed for convenient care.

I’m surprised this app is not more known to the public. I was severely dehydrated and water wasn’t seeming to help. After having live chat with Dr.Chan she told me that i was missing important minerals that help my body concentrate water. After following instruction I very quickly started to get better. I think it’s amazing that I have assistance like that at my fingertips without having to fork out cash or get up out of my seat. Highly recommended!

Customer service from the admin support and the doctor is great. Admin is quick to find and send a doctor and resolve the application problem. Happy to have gotten the doctor that have provided us the medical service last time. Polite, pleasant and was gentle at cleaning the wound.

Doctor arrived in less than 60 minutes. The doctor was very professional and was able to communicate well with the elderly patient. This is a very good service offered especially for immobile people.
